question on AquaRain
I saw some website states that an aquarain can filter over 30,000 gallons of water. Is that per filter element? TIA

Re: question on AquaRain
1. Element life, per single element: ceramic, about 2,500 - 10,000 gallons; carbon, about 3,000 - 5,000 gallons. If the carbon wears out before the ceramic, replace the elements if you need carbon; or, if you don't need carbon, keep using them as long as the ceramic is good.
2. A gravity water filter system that can filter up to 60,000 gallons of water before the filters need replaced. 3. 2 Filter Elements Extend your filtering capacity by 30,000 to 60,000 gallons. Conflicting information? |
Re: question on AquaRain
Either way you cut it, it sounds like 2,500 to 15,000 (60,000/4) per element. That's a cost of about 3 cents to .05 cents per gallon. Really good deal no matter what.
I'd jump on this if I hadn't plans to escape by plane. I want to carry as little as possible. Perhaps I will ship beforehand. :9536: |
